Read this before you budget. IMPORTANT: Haryana government MBBS carries a compulsory service bond — reported at roughly Rs 30 lakh minus fees paid, with a multi-year state service obligation and a 10% concession for female candidates. The cheap government fee is only cheap if the student serves the bond. The NRI figure is ~USD 125,000 for the ENTIRE course, not per year — several sites print it as annual. Verify both against the current DMER Haryana information bulletin.
