What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect only what you type into it:
- Student name
- Mobile number
- Email address (optional)
- NEET score, preferred course and preferred state (optional)
- Any message you choose to write
- The page you enquired from, so we know what you were looking at
Why we collect it
For exactly one purpose: so that a counsellor can call you back about your medical admission enquiry and prepare a shortlist relevant to your score. We do not use your details for anything else.
What we will not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details. We do not pass your number to colleges, agents or third-party marketers. We do not add you to bulk promotional lists you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a private, access-controlled database used only by our counselling team. Access requires authentication and is limited to staff who need it to respond to you.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as is needed to support you through the admission cycle and to meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email info@topnotcheducationalconsultant.com or call +91 90000 00000 and we will act on it.
Cookies
This site uses minimal browser storage — for example, to remember that you have already dismissed the enquiry popup during your visit. We do not use it to track you across other websites.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
